3. Academic Achievement: Candidates must hold an undergraduate degree with a first-class or equivalent distinction.

4. Age Limit: The age criteria are as follows: a) For candidates as of October 1, 2021, a minimum age of 18 years is required, and the 24th birthday should not have been reached. b) For older candidates as of October 1, 2021, the 27th birthday should not have been reached, and they should have fulfilled or will fulfill the academic requirements for completing their first undergraduate degree.
